Ten minute study periods are excellent for a quick reinforcement of some principle or concept that will move the information from short term to long term memory. If changes do need to be made, only try to change things once. When asked for a favor of doing someone else’s work, you may do it only if you have time, but when you are swamped with things of your own, then it’s best for you to say no. They quickly learn to look at the previous day's actual time to estimate the current day's task time.
