If you have requested that we ship your artwork to another location, we (Taglialatella Galleries) agree to professionally pack your purchase and have same insured during transit. You (the purchaser) agree to pay for the third-party shipping costs (e.g. Federal Express, UPS, etc.). We will use our professional judgment to ship your purchase as reasonably as possible while ensuring that your piece arrives in the same condition as when you saw it at the gallery.
